Bought these shoes for running round local lakes where the paths are mostly stones and exposed roots as I felt the stones through the soles of my normal running shoes. Shoes are great, really comfortable and no blisters from first few runs. Also really light!
After reading previous reviews saying they were a little snug,I decided to buy 1/2 size up but found this wasn't necessary. I own an older model of the Kanadia so if you have too, advise to stick to your original shoe size. Overall, a very well built shoe, very comfortable. I also use them for 3g pitch work and they grip very well.
Great quality and they look good but not sure about their performance on the road, not quite enough cushioning for me, but off road is excellent. My runs are 50/50 on and off road so overall it is fine.
Great pair of runners. Wearing casually but would be ideal for training in. Small fitting but I read other reviews and ordered a half size up. I ordered black which I liked ...would consider a second pair in a different colour but not fond of other colour options.
This is a comfortable pair of shoes, although one must keep in mind to purchase 1/2 size bigger than the size they wear. I normally wear size 8, but for this product I chose 8.5 (UK sizes) and it fits perfectly - size 8 would have been uncomfortable.
I love my kanadia 6 a lot. Lots of good design has been changed. The new version is just a step down.. The heel part is significantly lower than version 6 which make my feet easy to come out. The design of shoe lace part is also feeling not long lasting. Overall, It doesn't have the rigid feeling of version 6 anymore. I am a bit disappointed.
Bought these as after doing several OCRs and signing up to several more next year. Did a fair bit of research and trying on, and the Kanadia 8 gave a mix of cushioning and durability that I found lacking elsewhere. They are lighter than most dedicated trail shoes, and more rugged than a lot of the XCountry types I tried; a perfect blend
Cloud foam is really great thing - feels comfy. Ordered for my husband and he really loves them. But the sizing is not 100% accurate - had to order 1/2 size up to get a perfect fit (thanks to the prev comments).
I was happy with the quick delivery. I tried the shoes on and walked around and it felt ok. However, the next day I went jogging with the shoes and that's where it was very uncomfortable. It was too tight and the shoes hurt my front toes a lot. I had to stop after 30 minutes. I tried running at the gym with the shoes and it gave me the same problems. I wanted to return the shoes for another pair for one size up but I realise that it wouldn't be allowed as I have already worn the shoes twice. So I'm kinda disappointed as this is the first time I've worn a shoe my size and discovered it to be too tight. I'm hoping that adidas can allow me to replace this show with another one size bigger. Let me know if its possible. I can't wear this shoes for my daily runs.
These shoes ate very attractive looking on one's foot. I like the colour comination. A great shoe that fits very well. This shoe is put together very well for its purpose of a trail shoe. It feels very solid underfoot.
i had these shoes personalised with my name on outside of both shoes so delivery took a little longer but came perfect in a box in a box, the tread is really strong and looks great laces give plenty of strength and don't feel as though if i put to tight they will snap i've been able to do a few trial runs in them so far and like any trainer i'm still breaking them in so had a little rubbing on my achilles but nothing i wouldn't of expected as they are designed to be hard wearing with little give in that area to ensure support on rough terrian. i purchased these to take part in off road obstacle and they really give the strength and style to look and feel good when taking on long runs
This is now my 4th pair of Kanada trainers. Like the others, the sizing comes up small - in other brands I wear size 11, but buy 12.5 in these (for my original pair I went to a specialist running show to have my gait analysed and sized properly). The fantastic grip has always been one of the main reasons I keep returning to the range, although they overall quality does appear to be good and they don't mind the hammering I give them running on every surface imaginable! My only question for this latest version is; why make the laces so thin? It's ok now, at the end of the summer, but I do wonder how my frozen fingers are going to be able to unlace them after a wet, muddy trail run in the middle of winter!
