I've been shopping in store for years, spending $800-1,000 on average each time for a family of four. I recently purchased directly from the website, for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS . . . .was the mark not only missed but so far out of reach! First bad I opened had a box of shoes in it, crushed, and purposely shipped with 2 different pairs of shoes. One completely black in a size 3-1/2, the other white+black in another size. I take multiple pictures and file a claim where I can't upload pictures. . . Odd. I open the second package, a box. Inside that box, a half box. . . literally cut in half with what looks like scissor cuts and again, TWO DIFFERENT SHOES! One shoe Navy and the other black Both of these orders I assume came from separate Adidas locations, but the same lack quality of unprofessionalism and zero care. I'm baffled, angry and also like, can't stop laughing at how in the world. . . Like, how?? What's the moto here? Like if you can't find it in stock, just piece together whatever is closest? I'm in disbelief.
